A T E L I E R A T L A N T I C O, se define como un estudio de arquitectura con dos raíces culturales polarmente opuestas y separadas por un océano. Como tal, el espacio de trabajo se entiende como un taller donde se buscan respuestas arquitectónicas sencillas a problemas complejos.
AA es un taller dedicado a la práctica proyectual, teórica y docente de arquitectura, entendiendo esta como un lugar donde se construyen y materializan las ideas a través de un proceso de trabajo no lineal que entrelaza los tres mundos buscando volver a los fundamentos arquitectónicos elementales.
AA utiliza la historia e imaginación de la materia como constructo formal usando geometrías sencillas, que buscan el orden en la seriación estructural de elementos que definen el espacio a través del propio material y sus reglas.
AA busca una respuesta concreta en la memoria de cada emplazamiento, lugar o espacio indagando en los vestigios culturales, materiales e históricos de estos, para la definición de objetos específicos.
AA entiende la arquitectura como respuesta a la realidad cultural, social y económica del momento. Los proyectos reducen la arquitectura a lo expresamente esencial buscando estructuras materialmente claras y honestas. De esta forma, AA encuentra respuesta a los proyectos planteados a través del uso de la artesanía actual, explorando en el conocimiento específico constructivo que le rodea.
GERMÁN MÜLLER CALACE
Arquitecto por la FADU de la Universidad de Nacional del Litoral (2010). Máster en Diseño Arquitectónico por la ETSA de la Universidad de Navarra (2016), al cual accedió a partir de ganar la Beca FAPYD Rosario en 2015.
Desde 2021 participa como Jefe de Trabajos Prácticos en TPA 1 y 2 Cátedra Mendiondo ¨Taller Horizontal¨de la FADU-UNL.
Trabajó en la Subsecretaría de Obras de Arquitectura de la Municipalidad de Santa Fe en el desarrollo de proyectos y obras públicas que han recibido premios nacionales e internacionales (2011-2019). Se desempeñó como Coordinador Ejecutivo de Patrimonio Urbano de la Ciudad de Santa Fe (2020-2022).

MARIO GALIANA LIRAS
Arquitecto por la ETSA de la Universidad de La Coruña (2012), con matrícula de honor en el proyecto final de carrera y premio extraordinario de la Universidad de la Coruña al mejor expediente académico. Master en diseño arquitectónico avanzado por la ETSA de la Universidad de Navarra (2016). Doctor en Arquitectura, con una tesis titulada: ¨Estrategias de la Materia. La arquitectura de la imaginación material¨ (2020), ETSA UNAV. Premio extraordinario de Doctorado en Creatividad Aplicada por la ETSA UNAV.
Desde 2016 es profesor auxiliar de Elementos de composición y taller de proyectos I,II. En 2020 comienza como profesor de taller de proyectos III y IV en la ETSA de la Universidad de Navarra. Paralelamente, ha sido fundador junto con Víctor Larripa del ciclo de conferencias 20 UNDER 40. Actualmente se ocupa de los ciclos de conferencias de la ETSA de la Universidad de Navarra.

A T E L I E R A T L A N T I C O, is defined as an architecture studio with two opposite cultural origins separated by an ocean. Because of this, the working space is understood as a workshop where we seek for simple architectural answers to complex problems.
AA is a workshop dedicated to the practice, theory and teaching of architecture. We understand it as a place where ideas are built and materialized through a non lineal working process that weaves these three worlds, looking for coming back to the fundaments of architectural basics.
AA uses the history and imagination of matter as a formal construct tool, we use elemental and clear geometries searching for an order on a series of structural elements that define the space through the material and its rules.
AA looks for a specific answer to each memory of a site, place or space, inquiring on the cultural, historical and material traces of the place and looking for the definition of a specific object.
AA understands the architecture as an answer to the cultural, social and economic reality. The projects reduce the architecture to the expressively essential looking for honest and clear materially structures capable to be transformed on the future. Thus, AA finds answers to the proposed projects through the use of nowadays industry and crafts. We explore the specific constructive knowledge that surrounds us.
GERMÁN MÜLLER CALACE
Architect from the FADU of the Universidad de Nacional del Litoral (2010). Master in Architectural Design from the ETSA of the University of Navarra (2016), which he accessed after winning the FAPYD Rosario Scholarship in 2015.
Since 2021 he has participated as Head of Practical Work in TPA 1 and 2 Mendiondo professorship “Horizontal Workshop” of the FADU-UNL.
He worked in the Secretary of Architectural Works of the Municipality of Santa Fe in the development of projects and public works that have received national and international awards (2011-2019). He served as Executive Coordinator of Urban Heritage for the City of Santa Fe (2020-2022).
In 2017 he founded A T E L I E R A T L A N T I C O together with Mario Galiana Liras.
MARIO GALIANA LIRAS
Graduated Architect at the ETSA University of La Coruña (2012), where he was graduated with distinctions in his final Project degree, and with the special award University of La Coruña. Postgraduate degree in Advanced architectural design by the ETSA University of Navarre (2016). PhD in architecture, with a thesis titled ¨Matter strategies. The architecture of Material imagination¨(2020), ETSA UNAV. Special Award PhD in Applied Creativity on the ETSA UNAV.
Since 2016 he has been teacher assistant in Composition Elements and architecture studios I and II. In 2020 he began as a lecturer in architecture studios III and IV at the ETSA of the University of Navarre. At the same time, he has been the founder together with Víctor Larripa of the 20 UNDER 40 conference series. He is currently in charge of the conference cycles in the ETSA of the University of Navarre.
